The AI assistant is great. I think it might be a great idea to outline how DeepSeek fits in given all the negative publicity about the app. I know you folks offer DeepSeek offline model, rather than the online app BUT I guess I mostly meant it might be worth a page or note in the onboarding that distinction. More of the average users who may not be keeping up as much on the AI front might be concerned, and even some of those folks that are keeping more tabs might be as well.

3 models is a great start but the ability for users to download and use additional models locally would be ideal. Either via a huggingface integrated search or additional curated writing models (Gemma 3 270m is great and lightweight) Another feature for paid users would be writing styles. This would require the user to upload their work or select it from previous project files and Amber would create a lightweight LoRA in their style that they could select within the AI assistant input to to the right of "Add Context" i.e. "Add Style" Example Workflow in App: User uploads personal writing documents or selects previous writings. App prepares dataset and initiates LoRA fine-tuning job in the cloud. LoRA adapter is trained and saved under user profile locally. User selects their adapter as "writing style" for chat generation. Generation backend loads the base model plus selected adapter (writing style) for inference, ensuring outputs match user’s style.

Amber should save all conversations I have with Amber Assist, regardless of if I pin them into a note. You never know. Maybe hide an option two menus deep to clear all saved conversations, but still, a history feature isn't gonna add much but save a lot of pain that one time you need it.

I've met a number of you who use Stream Decks as well over the past few days - we are definitely going to make something happen here

Sections are currently sorted Old to New. Having more options, like New to Old, A-Z, Z-A, etc. would be convenient. Your most recent work sitting at the top of the list makes sense for some use-cases.

I would love to see the inclusion of insertable template sections and templates for an entire document. I envision these sections or pages with headers, questions, and spaces for responses or custom content.
